These photos will appear under the "album" section.
All photos will be placed into predefined categories to help organize your album.
Photo Categories will help break up your photos into logical structures. For example, you may wish to create a main category called "church photos" under which all photos of your church would appear. You may also name your photo category after a church event, for example.
If you would like to add a photo category, click on add photo category
Clicking on view photo categories will show you a list of all photo categories. You will notice two buttons on the right-hand side titled "update" and "delete".
If you would like to change the spelling, for example, of your photo category, simply click on the "update" button on the line of the corresponding photo category.
Similarly, if you would like to remove a photo category simply click on "delete". Use caution when deleting photo categories because all photos found under that category will also be deleted.
After you have defined your photo categories as above, you may then add photos to each category. Using the "church photos" example from above, if you wanted to add a photo to that category you would click on add photos.
- You would select "church photos" from the drop down list named "Category".
- You would then add a descriptive name from the photo in the text box named "Photo Name"
- Add a description for the photo in the text box beside "Photo Description"
- Press the "create" button
Clicking on view photos will show you a list of all photos you have entered, along with their respective categories.
If you would like to change any of the information you added previously (such as the name of the photo, for example) simply click on the "update" button on the line of the corresponding photo.
Similarly, if you would like to remove a photo simply click on "delete". Use caution when deleting a photo as deleting is permanent.
